Refund policy

At LABelle, we take pride in crafting high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry. Due to the fine jewelry nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we allow eligible returns for store credit only under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Store Credit

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only if:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Item includes all original packaging and certification

  • Item shows no signs of resizing, damage, or alteration

Store credit will be issued once the item passes inspection.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Custom-designed jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized pieces

  • Resized rings

  • Made-to-order items

  • Special order stones

  • Sale or promotional items


3. Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is issued in the form of a digital or physical credit voucher

  • Credit may only be used toward future purchases

  • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@labellediamond.ca

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Ship the item back using insured and trackable shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Lab-grown diamond jewelry is a fine luxury product. Because of quality control and market pricing fluctuations, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
